These warped, fanatically loyal monsters are led by Morathi-Khaine herself, both in her aelven form and with the winged Shadow Queen in tow, and consists of five Khinerai Heartrenders that can alternately be built as Khinerai Lifetakers, plus 10 Blood Sisters that can instead be built as Blood Stalkers.
